Shipping Information
Florinia is dedicated to providing reliable and efficient shipping solutions for our wholesale partners across the United States. We specialize in the distribution of ceramic planters and home décor items in case and pallet quantities.
1. Minimum Order Requirements
- Minimum Order Quantity: 1 case per SKU (case pack sizes vary by product)
- Minimum Order Value: $250 per order (before tax and shipping)
Note: Larger minimums may apply for special pricing tiers or custom productions.
2. Shipping Methods
- Small Orders (1–5 cases): UPS Ground or FedEx Ground
- Mid-Size Orders (6–15 cases): Consolidated freight or standard LTL
- Large Orders: LTL, FTL, or freight forwarding (full pallet/truckload)
We partner with established third-party carriers and freight brokers for timely and cost-effective delivery.
3. Processing & Lead Time
- Standard processing: 3–5 business days
- Peak seasons or container arrivals: 5–7 business days
- Custom orders/backorders: typically 4–8 weeks
4. Shipping Costs
Calculated based on:
- Weight and volume
- Destination and zone-based freight rates
- Freight class and pallet configuration
Prepaid & Add: Default method — Florinia arranges shipping and adds the cost to your invoice.
Collect or 3rd-Party Billing: Available upon request — provide your carrier account and preferred carrier.
5. Delivery Terms
- Customers are responsible for unloading at delivery
- Liftgate service available at extra cost
- Valid commercial shipping address required (surcharges may apply for residential/limited-access)
6. Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a Bill of Lading (BOL) or tracking number depending on the method. Our logistics team can coordinate with your receiving department.
7. Damaged or Missing Goods
Inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any issues must be:
- Noted on the delivery receipt (POD)
- Reported to Florinia within 3 business days
- Supported by photos and documentation
We’ll assist with claims or send replacements as appropriate.
8. Special Instructions & Appointments
Please notify us in advance if your location requires special services like appointments, inside delivery, or specific receiving instructions.
